Booking:

To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book your appointment 2 weeks in advance for daytime appointments, and 4 weeks in advance for evening, and weekend appointments.

Changes and Cancellations:

Here at Serene Spa your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your appointment.

To avoid a cancellation/no show fee we require at least 24 hours notice of appointment changes.
